Ugh - NO! Just my opinion....
I don't think they are for me- I can however appreciate the style and look.
I own them and love them. I was on the edge and bought them anyway; best decision ever. Trying them on with my own stuff made a difference and I actually get tons of compliments!!!
I have strange taste I guess, but I like them, if they were put with a simple little summer gray dress.
I would say no. I would feel like I needed a goliath sling shot or something.
I think they are pretty cool looking but I wonder how they will feel when it's 95 degrees outside and 90% humidity? Sticky?
From the look of your blog you've got fabulous style, you could carry it off. Go for it!!
Personally, they're a little too Spartan for me.
too costumey for me... gladiator anyone?
I like this look. Maybe not this particular shoe, but I've seen ones similar that I just adore!
before i read your comment, i was looking at them and thinking, 'hmmm - not sure about those...' i'm probably a no on this, too.
I think I would like seeing them on someone else walking down the street, but I honestly think I would hate wearing them. I'm with Cathy and Glamspoon, they seem like they would be uncomfortably hot in summer and are kind of costume-y. Pass.
I think they're fabulously funky and gorgeous and you'll find yourself wearing them all the time. K
Yes! If you're going to a Toga party.
thanks for all the fun and honest comments...totally enjoyed reading them. we will have to do this again sometime :)michelle
Hmmmm...I kind of like them. BUt this is the thing...these dont look GOOD on just anyone. You HAVE to know how to wear them and with what outfit...Jen Ramos'Cards & Prints You'll Love...'www.madebygirl.com madebygirl.blogspot.com-
i saw these and thought the same thing...i thought my feet my get sorta hot in them... they don't look like they'd breathe super great...i'm still on the edge...
ok, yes, i do really like them ... that was my initial reaction and most times that initial reaction is the one i have to listen to!groovy in a goliath sort of way ...thanks for sharing!prairiegirl
