goodbye tour....

as i've said before
it's been albout the tour the last few weeks
it ends this weekend
and i will miss watching it every day.....

i don't ride like my husband does...
but if i did,
i would have to have these shoes
the perfect accessory for a great bike

i saw these on the sartorialist earlier this week and fell in love...not the most practical for bike riding but, still darn cute!

So cool, as always! They actually wear shoes like that on bikes in Paris - I've seen it! Pity we're not there for the finish, Michelle! :) K

i'm love light blue and red....found a fabulous red skirt the other day and was so excited about it...thinking about wearing it with lt blue...until i got in the dressing room that had totally different lighting and realized that it was really bright, bright pink...was so dissappointed....

Our house has been Le Tour 24/7 for weeks; today we're having a "guy party" for my husband and his cyclist friends to watch the last day.

I've actually gotten hooked on it too, it's really interesting, and the scenery is beautiful!

I am full of awe of these European women who ride bicycles in heels and dresses and look like they never perspire or muss up their hair. I fear I would look like a scarecrow in comparison ;)

We'll be missing the Tour too. I love having something pretty (and exciting) to watch during the summer.
