that, yes, belongs to mesince no child in my house is really young
enough to get jazzed about a happy meal toy anymore....
in fact my 11 year old was with me when i ordered it,
...asking for the hello kitty watch specifically....
after we walked away from the counter
he said, "well, that was humiliating."

so funny! I always go for Happy Meals when Hello Kitty is the toy. I used to have a drawer full of stuff - a diary, plush key chain, etc. but then my little niece asked for them and I just couldn't say no.

Hey you! I have been saving this in my google reader waiting to respond to it! I bought a bunch of hello kitty stuff at Uwajimaya right before we left for vacation and my 15 year old was with me and he wasnt totally into it either! Gotta love the kitty! i have had a hello kitty jewelry box, sent to me from my alaskan relatives(!), since I was 10 years old! Thats was 28 years ago!
