so this is my weekend...
i'm not a runner...
(my excuse is a bad knee)
and I hate being cold.
but....tomorrow morning my family and i will be running
...in the freezing cold...
in the caine halter lungs for life race.
the race benefits lung cancer research....
....and that's a good thing.
