Oil and Rouge: A Vintage Affair sprang from the minds of oil painter Emily Clarke and make-up artist Shantel Lowe as a celebration of vintage art and style in Greenville, SC and beyond. The event is bringing together small businesses from around Greenville who deal in vintage art, style, and culture. The event is October 23 from 6-9pm at the Art & Light gallery
