today's the day....
my "baby" girl starts her senior year of high school
my 15 year old son....who is way taller than me.... is a freshman
and my youngest....who is working on getting taller than me ....starts jr high
i miss them already.

before she is crazy busy....
and this is just the sort of thing she will love....

add a pop of color to your bobbies
by painting the tips with nail color
(it seems that 3 coats works best)

back to school...

i'm certainly not ready for my kiddos to go back to school....
glad that doesn't happen for a few more weeks)
....but i do love those school supplies
..and these trompe l'oeil cases at uo
have me grinning from ear to ear....

my house will be quiet this morning.....

...everyone is back to school....

and while i love fall....back to school always makes me a little sad

i just miss them

my youngest just likes being home....with us....

and always struggles going back...

and i'm strong for him....

but i really just want to cry, too....

...

so this morning, i'm just going to drink my coffee

...and clean my house....

and try to make jewelry (because i need to)

.....and miss my kiddos

but for now,
my kids are back in school today
and while my house will be cleaner (hopefully)
and i'll finally add more to my online shop
and get all the things done that i need to....
for now,
i think i'll just miss my "babies"
one is a sophomore in high school
one is starting jr. high
and is probably a little nervous,
but doesn't want to talk about it in front of
my youngest
who is just so very sad
that school is starting at all
.....and it's making us all a little sad

what fun to end up with 500 colored pencils....

mild curry and
drizzly afternoon
and maple sugar......

if i had all the money in the world....
but i love it anyway

and while, i am sure

that i will get a little frustrated

...trying to find the exact things

that my 3 kids have on their lists

.....i am still going to have fun

and the pencils and the pens

and the tape

and did i say paper???

i know i am shopping for them....

but i am certain that some great

notebook or pack of pens

will find it's way home with me
